Despite the fact that it was the Republicans and their friends in the insurance industry who INSISTED that an individual mandate to buy health insurance be included in the Affordable Care Act, they are now screaming "treason" and calling President Obama a dictator. I guess we shouldn't be surprised. I keep trying to think of a stronger word than "hypocritical." Perfidy? Treachery? Deceitful? Pugnacious? Devious? Or maybe the birther-racist-brainRushed-greedy-tea party crowd is just keeping their promise to "make Obama a one-term president" using whatever tactics they can get away with. The right wing Supremes last week made a spectacle of themselves by repeating the tea party anti-Obama talking points. Health care reform is going to be a hot issue all summer. We need to have the FACTS ready to throw back at those who would destroy people's lives in order to destroy this President.
